Refer a Friend Programme

Terms & Conditions

 

  1. This Refer a Friend Programme (“Programme”) is valid from 1 January 2025 to 31 December 2025 (both dates inclusive) (“Programme Period”) and is open to all eligible dmcGO account holders (“Referrer”), except the following -

  2.  

    1. Pan Malaysian Pools Sdn Bhd (“PMP”)’s numbers forecast agents and their employees, and their immediate family members; and
    2. PMP’s employees and their immediate family members.

 

  1. Subject to Conditions 3 and 4 below, each successful referral under the Programme leading to a new dmcGO account being successfully signed-up shall entitle the Referrer to a complimentary value of RM5.00 (“Complimentary Value”) on the terms and conditions herein.

 

  1. A monthly complimentary value aggregated to RM5,000.00 will be allocated for the Programme throughout the Programme Period, which shall be given on a “first come, first served” basis while stocks last.

 

  1. To participate in the Programme and be eligible for the Complimentary Value, the following requirements must be fulfilled -

  2.  

    1. the Referrer must provide to the applicant, his/her dmcGO referral code assigned by dmcGO (“Referral Code”) which can be obtained by the Referrer through the dmcGO mobile application; and
    2. the applicant -
      1. must provide the Referral Code when signing-up for a dmcGO account together with payment of the prescribed deposit of RM60.00 for the dmcGO account;
      2. must not have had an existing dmcGO account registered prior to 1 January 2025 but closed or terminated during the Programme Period; and
      3. must have successfully signed-up for a new dmcGO account as confirmed and notified by PMP as it deems fit.

 

  1. There is no limit on the number of referrals that can be made by the Referrer but eligibility to the Complimentary Value is subject to Conditions 3 and 4 above.

 

  1. The Complimentary Value will be credited into the Referrer’s dmcGO account upon activation of the dmcGO account and he/she will be notified via dmcGO App and/or such other manner of notification as PMP deems fit in its absolute discretion (“Notification”), thereafter. Notwithstanding so, PMP disclaims all liability, from any failure and/or delay of the Notification reaching the Referrer, howsoever caused or arising.

 

  1. Nonetheless –
    1. if the Referrer closes his/her dmcGO account during the Programme Period; or
    2. if the Referrer is found to have misused the Referral Code to manipulate or create fictitious dmcGO account sign-ups, as may be determined by PMP at its absolute discretion without assigning any reasons, which shall be final and binding without right to appeal,
  1. the following shall take place forthwith –
    1. the Complimentary Value rewarded to the Referrer shall be forfeited absolutely and PMP shall be entitled to recover the Complimentary Value through, inter alia, a deduction of an amount equivalent to the Complimentary Value from his/her dmcGO account balance (as the case may be); and
    2. the Referrer's Referral Code (as the case may be) shall be deactivated and he/she shall be barred from further participation in the Programme, whether through his/her existing dmcGO account or a new dmcGO account.

 

  1. The Complimentary Value -
    1. cannot be redeemed for cash or exchanged in any manner whatsoever;
    2. cannot be transferred to another dmcGO account or withdrawn from the Referrer’s dmcGO account (as the case may be);
    3. shall only be used for investments via dmcGO services for any of the Da Ma Cai games; and
    4. shall expire after 30 days from the date the Complimentary Value is credited into the Referrer’s dmcGO account (as the case may be) and any unutilized shall be debited therefrom.

 

  1. PMP reserves the right to -
    1. substitute the Complimentary Value with other benefits of similar value;
    2. suspend, withdraw and/or cease this Programme and/or the Complimentary Value; and/or;
    3. amend or modify the terms and conditions herein,
  1. at any time and from time to time, in PMP’s absolute discretion without prior notice or assigning any reason.

 

  1. PMP shall not be liable for any connectivity issues and/or interruption experienced by the Referrer howsoever affecting his/her participation in this Programme.

 

  1. By participating in this Programme, the Referrer is deemed to have notice of, agreed to and be bound by these terms and conditions including any amendments thereof.

 

  1. PMP’s decisions pertaining to this Programme, including any disputes in relation thereto shall be final and conclusive. No correspondence or appeals shall be entertained by PMP.

 

  1. PMP shall not be liable for any expense, loss and/or damage (including but not limited to the loss of opportunity) howsoever suffered and/or incurred by the Referrer and/or any applicant arising from this Programme. By participating in this Programme, the Referrer agrees to waive all claims against PMP and/or its subsidiaries, directors, officers and/or employees howsoever arising from this Programme.

 

  1. All investments made by the Referrer through dmcGO services are subject to the terms and conditions governing the use of dmcGO services and the respective DaMaCai games, the Racing (Totalisator Board) Act 1961 including all subsidiary legislations enacted thereunder, the “Rules for Investment by Telephone/Mobile” and all other terms and conditions, rules and/or regulations as prescribed by PMP from time to time and at any time.

 

  1. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the English version and the Chinese version of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.

  1. 此推荐朋友活动 (“活动”) 有效期为2025年1月1日至 2025年12月31日（起止二日均包括在內 (“活动期限”) ；并公开给所有符合资格的dmcGO户口用户 (“推荐人”)，唯独以下一律不可参与： -

  2.  

    1. 大马彩私人有限公司 (“大马彩”)及其销售代理和员工直系家属; 及;
    2. 大马彩公司的职员和职员直系家属。

 

  1. 在符合以下条件3与4的前提下, 在此活动每次成功推荐并成功注册新的dmcGO户口，推荐人将获 得5令吉免费投注额 (“免费投注额”).

 

  1. 在活动期限内，此活动每月预设派发5，000令吉的免费投注额，先到先得，送完为止。

 

  1. 欲参与此活动并获得免费投注额，须符合以下条规：-

  2.  

    1. 推荐人须与获推荐的申请人分享由dmcGO分配给他/她的dmcGO 推荐代码 (“推荐代码”) ，推荐人可以通过dmcGO应用程序获取该代码；及
    2. 申请人 –
      1. 在注册dmcGO户口时, 必须出示该推荐代码, 并附上此活动所订制的60令吉的押金；和
      2. 不得在2025年1月1日之前注册现有的dmcGO户口，但在活动期限内关闭或终止该户口；和
      3. 必须成功注册新的dmcGO户口并经大马彩确认及获得大马彩认为适当的通知。

 

  1. 推荐人可以推荐的数量并无限制，唯获得免费投注额的资格须符合上述条件3和4。

 

  1. T免费投注额将在该新用户户口正式启动后才汇入推荐人户口且将通过dmcGO应用程序和/或任何大马彩认为适合的通知(“通知”）。无论如何，任何基于通知延误所导致的损失大马彩将一概不负责。

 

  1. 尽管如此 –
    1. 如果推荐人和/或新户口用户在活动期限间关闭他/她的dmcGO户口；或
    2. 如果推荐人和/或新户口用户被发现滥用推荐代码来操纵或创建虚假的dmcGO户口注册，则由大马彩绝对酌情决定，无需给予任何理由且为最终决定，并具约束力无权上诉，
  1. t则立即实行以下–
    1. 奖励给推荐人和新户口用户的免费投注额将被完全没收，大马彩有权通过从其各自的dmcGO户口余额中扣除相等于免费价值的数额来取回免费投注额（ 视情况而定）；及
    2. 推荐人和新户口用户的推荐代码（ 视情况而定）将被停用，并且不得通过其现有dmcGO户口或新的dmcGO户口再参与此活动。

 

  1. 免费投注额-
    1. 不能兑现或兑换;
    2. 不能转移至其他dmcGO户口或从推荐人和/或新户口用户的户口中提取（ 视情况而定）；
    3. 只能透过dmcGO投注任何大马彩游戏； 及
    4. 自汇入推荐人和/或新户口用户（视情况而定）之日起30天后到期， 并将被扣除，只要他们各自的dmcGO户口仍然有余额。

 

  1. 大马彩保留权利：-
    1. 以同等价值的得益替换免费投注额；
    2. 暂停、撤销和/或停止此活动和/或免费投注额；及/或
    3. 更改或修改此条规与条例，
  1. 不时和随时地进行，而无需事先通知或给予任何理由。

 

  1. 大马彩对推荐人和/或任何申请人所面对的任何通讯衔接问题和/或阻扰导致影响他们参与此活动一概不负责。

 

  1. 一旦参与此活动，推荐人和/或申请人即被视为已接获通知并同意遵守所设定的细则与条规以及其任何修改。

 

  1. 大马彩就此活动的决定，包括任何相关纠纷，为最终决定。大马彩将不受理任何查询。

 

  1. 大马彩无需在任何情况下，承担推荐人和/或任何申请人在参与此活动时所直接或间接产生或遭受的任何损失和/或损害(包括但不限于错失机会) 。参与此活动，推荐人和/或所有申请人同意保障大马彩和/或属下集团公司、其董事 、公司人员，免于蒙受始于此活动的任何索赔。

 

  1. 所有推荐人和/或新户口用户通过dmcGO所作的投注皆须全面及无条件地遵守细则与条规, 包括dmcGO服务的使用以及大马彩个别游戏、《1961年赛马 (赛马赌金计算委员会)法》与其附属的法例、电话/手机投资规则”、及任何其它不时和随时由大马彩制定的细则与条规。

 

  1. 如果此细则与条规的英文和中文版本出现任何不一致之处，一概以英文版本为准。
